Delicious halibut dinner

I stopped by the market on the way home from work and saw some nice halibut in the butcher's case.
Less than 20 minutes after getting home we sat down to a delicious dinner.

You will need 2 pieces of halibut, fresh pasta, garlic, butter, olive oil, kosher salt and some fresh italian herbs and a crusty baguette.

Put a small pot of water on to boil on high heat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Warm a skillet on medium heat with one tblsp. butter and one tblsp. olive oil.
Slice 2-3 large garlic cloves. Toss into skillet (stir occasionally).
Chop herbs (I used basil).
When garlic and butter are brown, remove garlic sprinkle skillet with kosher salt then gently set fish in the skillet. Cover with a lid.
Your pasta water should be boiling now- toss the pasta in stirring occasionally.
Put baguette in oven directly on rack.
Using tongs, turn fish over and replace lid.
Drain pasta in a colander. Drizzle with another tblsp. of olive oil, add garlic, herbs and toss.
Your fish should be cooked, but check carefully for doneness.
Pull the bread out of the oven and slice.

Place a mound of pasta on a plate, set fish on top, making sure you scrape the pan for browned pieces.

Serve with bread!
