One week out of the gate and we have progress. With 12th Night coming up it's time for new clothes.
Dan pulled out some lightweight wool flannel and we cut out a new cotehardie. Dan does all the serging and I taught him how to make buttons. I do all the fussy bits like necklines and hand finishing.
We cut out an orange kirtle for me. It took a day or so to fuss with the fit but I think everything is ok now. The only thing left are the hems and they are all pressed up and ready to stitch. Next I need to cut out an underdress and see if I can find the pretty cream fabric I bought in Paulsbo to cut into trim.
